The most visible exposure is the eastern edge of the site, which faces a heavily trafficked collector street. But our greatest contribution to the project was likely the development of the lot interior. The simple, inexpensive buildings form the rudimentary urbanism of two city blocks. The small buildings guarantee that no one will be far from a window, and each work-space looks upon a courtyard garden.
