House on a Caribbean Marina

The design is essentially three parallel two-story wings. The wing on the ocean accommodates the main family. The middle wing houses short- and long-term guests. The north wing closest to the road has offices where people unrelated to the family can come and go without coming into the main house. Lying in between the ocean wing and the middle wing are a series of courtyard gardens. The large center garden is 2,500 square feet. There is a smaller atrium to either side.
